Amy Grossman

Vice President & Director of Operations

Amy Grossman is the Vice President and Director of Operations at Ultimate Kitchen & Bath and J.G. Remodeling and Construction. A graduate of Florida State University, Amy brings over 35 years of experience in residential renovations and interior design. For decades, she has been a trusted name in home remodeling in Woodfield Country Club, where her refined eye for detail and understanding of luxury design have helped elevate some of Boca Raton’s most beautiful homes. Amy plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring every project runs seamlessly from concept to completion. Lead Project Manager & Designer

Jared Grossman, son of founders Jeff and Amy Grossman, has served as the lead project manager and designer for Ultimate Kitchen & Bath and J.G. Remodeling and Construction for the past decade. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and creative eye, Jared is highly skilled in 2020 Design software, producing detailed renderings that bring clients’ visions to life. He manages each project with precision and professionalism, ensuring deadlines are met and every step runs smoothly—delivering results that are both beautiful and seamless.
